Slice House by Tony Gemignani is looking for friendly and customer oriented individual to join our team as a part time Cashier/Server team member! As a Cashier/Server, you will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions efficiently, and ensure a memorable experience for our guests. We value growth and development—there is significant room for advancement into lead roles and supervisory positions for high-performing team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide information about menu items and promotions
- Process transactions accurately using point of sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit and digital payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area and dining room
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience
- Support team members with restocking, cleaning and other general duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with basic POS systems and technology
- Dependable, punctual and a team player
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed
