Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Execute Facebook Advertising campaigns and optimize them using analytics to maximize reach and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to manage brand reputation and coordinate outreach efforts.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and branding consistency before publication.
- Engage with followers and community members to foster relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with the design team for graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, video editing, and social media management to continuously improve strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics, and keyword research techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite applications, as well as video editing software.
- Experience with social listening tools and platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring campaigns.
- Skilled in content creation including graphic design, photography, video editing, and proofreading.
- Ability to develop effective Facebook Advertising campaigns with proven results.
- Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with audiences across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and public relations strategies.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
