Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality food production
- Oversee menu development, planning, and execution with a focus on innovative and appealing dishes
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and client specifications
- Supervise food handling, preparation, and presentation to uphold culinary standards
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff shifts and delegating tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize service flow and customer satisfaction
- Train new team members in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and service standards
- Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or banquet settings
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Expertise in food production, menu planning, and food service management
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management, inventory control, and food handling procedures
- Exceptional cooking skills across various cuisines with attention to presentation detail
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management including shift management and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations (HACCP certification preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
