Job Summary

At SLICED, we take craft and hospitality seriously. We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and hard-working Bartender & Server to join our team in Bellingham. In this dual role, you’ll be crafting exceptional cocktails, serving guests on the floor, and helping drive our beverage menu with fresh ideas. Key Responsibilities

• Craft & Serve: Execute a high standard of cocktail preparation, wine service, and craft beer pours while seamlessly taking table sections as needed.
• Menu Creativity: Contribute fresh ideas, seasonal cocktail concepts, and scratch-made syrups or infusions to elevate our drink menu.
• Guest Experience: Provide engaging, attentive hospitality to guests both at the bar and at the table.
• Hustle & Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine, organized bar area, manage ticket times efficiently, and assist with floor setup, prep work, and breakdown.
• POS & Operations: Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system, handle cash responsibly, and assist with beverage inventory management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience behind a craft bar and serving in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment.
• Creativity & Passion: Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage pairing, with an eager drive to develop new drinks.
• Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and willing to jump into any task—whether that’s slinging drinks, taking table orders, or prepping behind the scenes.
• Team-First Attitude: Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain composure and speed under high pressure.
• Certifications: Valid Washington state MAST permit and Food Worker Card required.

Pay: $19.13 - $29.60 per hour
