Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Prepare ingredients and assemble pizzas according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems for order processing and sales transactions
- Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely service
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including food handling areas, counters, and equipment
- Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash register operations and cash handling responsibilities
- Assist with food safety management by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures
Requirements
- Previous food preparation or quick service restaurant experience preferred, however we are glad to train the right person.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a food service setting
- Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently under pressure
