Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients following established recipes and menu specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and food prep stations efficiently and safely
- Cook pizzas to perfection using various techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and baking in high-volume production settings
- Maintain strict food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
