About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Southbury, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in an assisted living facility.   • Experience with pain management and venipuncture.
  • Certification in wound care management.

  • Perform wound care and assist with various medical procedures.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
