Warehouse Manager

We are currently looking for long term warehouse manager at our Bethpage,NY.

​The warehouse manager oversees daily warehouse activities while working alongside a small team to keep receiving, returns, inventory, and staging operations accurate, safe, and on schedule. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong computer skills, and consistent use of a warehouse management system (WMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Use the warehouse management system (WMS) to support and track daily warehouse operations.
• Complete daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Receive products from outside vendors and verify shipments for accuracy.
• Receive, prepare, and stage products that are being returned.
• Supervise and assist a small team with daily assignments and priorities.
• Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and management.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or management experience is required.
• Experience using a WMS and performing cycle counts is preferred.
• Proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Ability to lead by example, organize daily work, and assist the team as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Pay rate is $66,000.00 per year.
• Must be able to work weekends.
