DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communication and Collaboration
- Effectively collaborate with Operations and Project teams regarding reports, files, data, change orders, contract modifications and approvals
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external project personnel during all phases of the project
- Ensure delivery of all required reports and documentation
- Maintain job files and all data backup information
- Compile and assist in administration of all billable items
- File and maintain all relevant documents and supporting information
- Ensure consistent reporting data and layouts
- Ensure project staff has the latest versions of necessary documents, codes, and requirements
- Review and track construction data, as well as any work orders and purchase orders for specific projects
- Assist in the development and enhancement of project reporting as required
- Assist with special projects as requested
- Support employees and subcontractors with overall processes to ensure consistency
- General office administration duties as assigned

- Experience in spreadsheets and other forms of reporting required
- Experience in Adobe Suite preferred
- Experience or knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions
