Shift Details: Full Time Mids (3p-3a) Key Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Coordinate care for a group of assigned patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Delegate and supervise care tasks to other staff Proactively consult with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards What We're Looking For: Patient-centered, team-oriented professionals with strong clinical judgment Self-driven, motivated individuals who excel in critical thinking and multitasking RNs who are passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes Job Requirements Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) Associate Degree Job Details Full Time Swing (United States of America) The best place to get care.
