Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist

Seeking licensed mental health practitioners to join a growing practice. Practitioners will perform psychotherapy for clients with a variety of mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, but other therapeutic approaches are welcome.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral Master’s degree
• Active State License in Illinois
• Prior experience in CBTi preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
• Ability to work independently
• Highly motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
• Use of electronic medical record (EMR) for all documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Work Environment:

• In-person and telemedicine patient visits
• Set your own schedule to meet the clients' needs
• Private, furnished office with waiting room available for use

Key Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychological assessment and assign accurate diagnosis
• Develop tailored treatment plans with appropriate interventions
• Use evidence-based techniques (such as CBT) to treat mental health disorders and improve patient coping skills
• Evaluate patient progress over time and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, other therapists, sleep technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Refer patients for internal and external services as appropriate
• Maintain detailed, confidential, and accurate patient records in compliance with regulations

Additional Expectations:

• Participate in quality-improvement initiatives, continuing education, and professional development activities
• Maintain active professional liability insurance policy with coverage required by third-party payors

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
