Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor treatments to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and supplies to meet guest needs efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by executing janitorial tasks with precision
- Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning when handling larger-scale or specialized cleaning projects
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals responsibly to promote a safe working environment
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards enhances your effectiveness in this role
