Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing check-in and check-out services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications effectively
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
- Maintain guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks throughout the property during your shift
- Document all guest interactions, incidents, and operational activities accurately in shift reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort or hotel environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive guest relations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential
- Experience with night audit procedures and hotel operations during overnight hours is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries professionally
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and safety standards
