Sign-on Bonus: Upon signing on, employees can receive up to $3000 in bonuses after 60 to 90 days (if still employed by us).
The following qualifications and requirements are required:
-Friendly and can easily connect with people
-Two to three years of relevant sales experience and sales training (furniture, home styling,
and health products) would be a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
-Ability to work weekends within a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
-Complete sales, initiate orders and charge credit cards
-Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with
potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service
requirements
-Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining
inventories
-Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
- Determine marketing strategy
-Maintained operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational,
and personnel policies and procedures
- Manage stock levels and make key stock control decisions
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales
- Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
- Tour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve
urgent issues
-Maintain an awareness of market trends in the retail industry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
