Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC & appliance technology, mechanical systems, and refrigeration equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
• Install new appliances and mechanical systems with precision, adhering to safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, HVAC/R systems, and other mechanical equipment to minimize operational disruptions.
• Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple sites while maintaining proper documentation.
• Utilize schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and execute effective repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects, improve procedures, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Skills

• Extensive experience in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and effectively within construction or industrial environments.
• Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and mentorship in maintenance tasks.
• Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), including equipment repair and preventive care.
