They perform various cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, restocking supplies, and addressing guest requests. Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and Tidy Guest Rooms: Cleaning and tidying guest rooms daily, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Linens and Supplies: Changing bed linens, replacing used towels, and restocking room amenities like toiletries and coffee.
- Public Area Cleaning: Cleaning hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other public spaces.
- Guest Requests: Responding to guest requests for additional towels, linens, or other items.
- Maintenance Reporting: Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Cleaning Equipment and Supplies: Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Laundry Duties: Assisting with laundry duties as needed.
- Restocking Carts: Restocking housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Collaborating with front desk, maintenance, and other departments.
- Safety and Sanitation: Following all health and safety regulations
