Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures promptly and accurately
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reports and guest accounts
- Provide comprehensive guest services including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and resolving issues swiftly
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple communication channels to ensure clear and courteous interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, preferably as a front desk agent or in guest services
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences in a resort or hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory
