Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Ensure all areas are well-maintained and presentable, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
