What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Sleep Inn & Suites?
Responsibilities:
- Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
- Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities
- Take payment from customers
- Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
- Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
- Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
- Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Answer questions about the company's products and services and record information.
- Solve problems and make decisions on the spot.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Compose correspondence.
- Arrange for deliveries to be made to appropriate personnel.
- Protect company assets, including equipment, building, and grounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
