The Sleep Inn & Suites is seeking a dependable and detail-focused Night Auditor to join our opening team.
Position: Night Auditor
Shift: Overnight (Typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Position Overview:
The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the overnight shift while completing all daily accounting and reporting tasks to ensure accurate financial records and smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and requests
- Balance daily transactions, post room charges, and reconcile accounts
- Run end-of-day reports and complete audit procedures
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing discrepancies
- Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety overnight
- Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Prepare reports for management review
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic computer skills
