Hotel Breakfast Attendant

At Sleep Inn & Suites Liberty - Kansas City, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. Located in Liberty, MO, we’re looking for a friendly and reliable Hotel Breakfast Attendant to help kickstart our guests’ mornings with a great breakfast experience. If you enjoy customer service, keeping things organized, and working morning shifts, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a Hotel Breakfast Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests start their day on the right note. Your day-to-day will include:

• Setting up breakfast: Prepare and arrange coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, pastries, and hot food for our breakfast buffet.
• Serving guests: Greet guests warmly, answer their questions, and assist with any food or beverage requests.
• Maintaining the buffet: Keep the serving stations stocked, refill food, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Keeping the dining area clean: Wipe tables, wash dishes, clean counters, and ensure the breakfast area meets sanitary standards.
• Following food safety rules: Properly store food and maintain appropriate temperatures to ensure guest safety.
• Closing down breakfast: Clean up, put away food, and prepare the area for the next day.

We’re seeking candidates who bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment.
• Friendly communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Reliability and punctuality to ensure breakfast service runs smoothly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies as needed.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices.
