We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and filing.
- Maintain an organized front desk area while ensuring all office supplies are stocked.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office operations and improve client satisfaction.
- Check guests in/out using ChoiceAdvantage software
- Communicate with third party booking vendors
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred but not required
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Experience in administrative roles or office management is a plus.
