Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay, addressing inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage late-night check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate and complete
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, verifying billing accuracy and preparing reports for management review
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting guests or staff as needed
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Assist guests with special requests, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction
- Document shift activities thoroughly through detailed reports, incident logs, and audit records to ensure seamless communication between shifts
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly desirable
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems will help you excel in this role
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
- Knowledge of guest relations best practices and hospitality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences
