Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to respond to guest inquiries and coordinate with other departments efficiently.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and managing access control for staff and guests.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff.
- Support guest services by addressing special requests, resolving issues swiftly, and fostering guest satisfaction through attentive hospitality.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a strong background in front desk operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Strong knowledge of hotel experience procedures including night audit processes and guest relations strategies.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment.
