We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a vital part of ensuring exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.
*Duties*
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Perform night audit duties as needed
*Skills*
- Proficiency in night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service and guest services skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in front desk operations
Responsible for keeping lobby area and guest restroom clean, coffee station stocked. As well as helping with laundry.
Job Type: Part-time
