Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to handle various tasks around residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that need attention.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Assist with installations of fixtures, appliances, and furniture as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.
• Document completed work orders and report any additional issues or concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and methods across various trades.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects.
