Role Description
his is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Spa Concierge located in Yardley, PA. They will promote a welcoming, positive demeanor to support a relaxing dental spa environment. Responsibilities include leading and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the dental spa such as daily operations, managing spa and supply budgets, team meetings, client and staff relations, staff recruitment, training and motivation, management of marketing and communications efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance, event planning, etc. The dental spa concierge will explain and set up treatment plans, financial arrangements (insurance, membership, cash and card) collect payments, deposit collections and take a proactive approach to enhance the patients’ overall experience and offer tailored support to meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in dental care, med spa care and/or healthcare settings
- At least 3 years of relevant management experience
- Experience with making healthcare financial arrangements and budgeting
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to create a welcoming patient atmosphere
- Organizational skills to efficiently manage appointments and patient coordination
- Relevant qualifications, certifications, or training in dental or healthcare fields
- Compassionate approach to supporting patients with dental anxieties and special needs
Starting Salary $55,000-60,000/yr – Full time in Yardley, PA
