What are the responsibilities and job description for the QIDP position at Sleep Apnoea?
A Qualified Intellectual Disabled Professional (QIDP) will be responsible for supervising the implantation of each client’s individual service plan (ISP), integrating the various aspects of each person’s service, assuring continuity of service with outside agencies, recording progress, and initiating periodic review of each ISP. QIDP shall provide a minimum of 1.75 hours of service per week per client based on current regulations or directives from California Department of Public Health.
As an ICF/DD-H-N Qualified Intellectual Disabled Professional (QIDP) you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a community based, residential facility, performing a variety of functions as assigned by the Company. You will also serve as part of the management team and will perform all necessary duties pursuant to the job responsibilities.
