About the Role

SleekEZ is looking for a highly hands-on Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of our Billings warehouse and help build the operational capabilities needed to support our continued growth.

This is not a desk-only management position. In the near term, this person will personally work alongside warehouse associates to receive inventory, organize the warehouse, pick and pack orders, prepare shipments, and keep product moving. We need someone who is equally comfortable developing an inventory plan and rolling up their sleeves to get orders out the door.

As SleekEZ grows and the warehouse team expands, we expect the role to evolve toward broader supply chain management, including inventory planning, purchasing, forecasting, vendor coordination, logistics, and process improvement. The right candidate has the ability and desire to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Own the day-to-day operation, organization, safety, and efficiency of the Billings warehouse.
• Work side-by-side with warehouse associates performing receiving, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and other warehouse activities.
• Receive and accurately document incoming finished goods, components, packaging materials, and other inventory.
• Coordinate outbound shipments to Amazon FBA, TikTok fulfillment, distributors, retail customers, and direct-to-consumer customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and highly functional warehouse.
• Establish and maintain effective warehouse layouts, storage locations, inventory identification, and material flow.
• Manage shipping supplies, packaging materials, equipment, and other warehouse needs.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage warehouse associates and temporary labor as the operation grows.

Inventory Management & Planning

• Maintain accurate finished goods, work-in-process, component, and raw-material inventory records.
• Establish disciplined inventory controls, cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages before they impact sales.
• Develop increasingly sophisticated demand forecasts, inventory plans, safety-stock levels, and replenishment processes.
• Coordinate inventory requirements across SleekEZ's sales channels.

Purchasing, Supply Chain & Logistics

• Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Track materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain and proactively address delays or shortages.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and identify opportunities to reduce freight cost and transit time.
• Develop strong working relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, carriers, and fulfillment partners.
• Identify opportunities to simplify the supply chain, reduce lead times, lower costs, and improve reliability.

Process Improvement

• Build practical processes, tools, dashboards, and controls appropriate for a growing entrepreneurial company.
• Establish KPIs for inventory accuracy, order accuracy, fulfillment speed, stock availability, freight costs, and other operational measures.
• Continually identify and implement ways to make SleekEZ's supply chain more reliable, scalable, and cost-effective.

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience in a consumer products, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience personally working in warehouse operations—not simply supervising them.
• Strong inventory-management and organizational skills.
• Experience with purchasing, freight/logistics, forecasting, customer EDI, and supplier management preferred.
• Comfortable working with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and e-commerce/fulfillment platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build structure and processes in an entrepreneurial environment where not everything is already defined.
• High level of personal ownership, urgency, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with warehouse work, including standing for extended periods and safely lifting and moving product.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
