Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, particularly in menswear, and a strong understanding of current denim trends. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative denim pants and other apparel that align with our brand vision and meet our customers' needs. Your contributions will help shape our identity and enhance our growing collection.
Responsibilities:
- Research and stay up-to-date with fashion trends and market changes.
- Create original designs and sketches for clothing lines.
- Develop mood boards and color palettes to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are practical and feasible.
- Select fabrics, trims, and materials for collections.
- Prepare technical specifications for production.
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments.
- Present designs to management and incorporate feedback.
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of new collections.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is required due to collaboration with Korean-speaking team members and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a graphic artist, graphic designer, or similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (please include a link to your portfolio).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
