Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, customs, or international trade.
- Knowledge of Customs Law and related regulations.
- Experience managing bonded warehouse operations.
- Experience in inventory control and distribution processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (Speaking and Writing).
- SAP (required).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Understanding of import and export procedures.
- Manage import and export processes.
- Coordinate customs procedures with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Administer operations related to bonded warehouses.
- Monitor and maintain documentation required by customs authorities.
- Track inventory levels and merchandise movements.
- Prepare logistics reports and data analysis.
- Coordinate the receipt and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP.
