Duties

• Oversee daily operations of landscape maintenance and installation projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Manage landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation system management.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Assist with tree care, gardening, and other horticultural tasks as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping practices.
• Supervising experience is essential; ability to lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, construction methods, tree care, gardening, and horticulture.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals.
