We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Administrator to join our team.

Looking for someone to work 2-3 days a week from 9am to 5pm.

  • Assist in greeting visitors at office and answer phones as needed
  • Assist in providing Broker Support for new and current listings
  • Assist in inputting new listings into our listing platforms - Buildout, CoStar & CREXI
  • Assist in creating property flyers in Buildout and use Buildout to schedule emails and promote listings to other platforms
  • Assist in Implementing social media program
  • Assist in creating social media content through Canva
  • Assist in preparing sign orders and other office forms as needed
  • Assist in setting up listing files/folders on the computer
  • Open and Close the office following the open/close procedure

  • Qualifications:

    • Admin experience
    • Efficient communication
    • Organizational skills
    • Phone etiquette
    • Microsoft outlook/word/excel
    • Data entry
    • Marketing knowledge
    • Canva / social media experience
    • Real estate knowledge a bonus


    Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour


    Experience:

    • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Ability to Commute:

    • Stuart, FL 34994 (Preferred)

    Work Location: In person

    Salary : $17 - $18
