- Monitor, investigate, and reconcile inventory to ensure compliance
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
- Support planning, shipping, and resolving supply chain issues
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and logistics efficiency
- Manage shipments within SAP, track freight, and maintain task events and document control
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align strategies with business goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, inventory, or a related field
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation, or a related field of study
- Proven track record of performing under pressure to meet firm timelines
- Ability to work independently and interact within a team environment
- Easily adaptable to changing business needs, market conditions, and functional goals and strategy
- Experience with third-party domestic carriers
- Proven experience as an Inventory or Logistics Analyst, or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Access
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Additional duties as assigned
