What are the responsibilities and job description for the GRDP Engineer position at SLB?
The GRDP Trainee is responsible for completing competency-based Manufacturing Global Rotation Development Program (GRDP).
- Excel in GRDP rotations involving learning and competency events, and on-job performance.
- Ensure safe, accurate and on-time jobs as part of manufacturing plant operations.
- Mentor others as required.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
- Act as back-up for first level of management, when requested.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
- No prerequisite experience required but demonstrable interest in manufacturing is highly desired.
- Fresh-out graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
