Position Summary
The Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen while assisting the culinary team with general kitchen duties.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
- Empty trash and recycling and keep sanitation stations stocked.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
- Assist with basic food preparation when needed.
- Organize clean dishes and kitchen equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Support the kitchen team wherever needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience (preferred but not required).
Schedule
- Typical shifts: 3:00 PM – Closing (approximately 10:00–11:00 PM).
- 20–40 hours per week.
