Slaughter & Lupton Law, PLLC, a personal injury law firm with offices in Virginia and North Carolina is looking to add a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialists in our Virginia Beach office to join our growing personal injury law firm. In this role, you’ll guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and supported from day one. List of Job Requirements
- Conduct onboarding calls to explain next steps and answer questions.
- Collect and verify required documents, information, and signatures.
- Ensure all new client paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Open and organize new case files within our case management system.
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth case transition.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients during the onboarding process.
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items.
- Provide an outstanding client experience while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and superb organizational abilities.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, shifting priorities as required.
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Needles or NEOS Case Management software is advantageous.
- Previous customer service, intake, administrative, healthcare, hospitality, or legal experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
