Position Overview
We are seeking a Negligence/Litigation Paralegal with experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases. Must be reliable and professional to work as part of our close-knit team. A successful candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills; must be highly organized and detail oriented. Experience reviewing medicals is a plus. This position presents an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement in a great work environment.
Responsibilities
- Drafting complaints
- Drafting bill of particulars
- Preparing and exchanging discovery demands and responses
- Obtaining and exchanging medical records
- Other administrative duties as needed
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Paralegal experience
- Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
