Position Overview
We are seeking a high-level attorney to join our sexual abuse team in our NYC office. The ideal candidate should have experience as an attorney practicing in civil litigation, preferably sexual abuse and independently carry a caseload to develop their own expertise. Growth and opportunity for advancement within the office is expected.
Responsibilities
- Drafting complaints
- Responding to written discovery
- Responding to SJ motions
- Conducting depositions
- Trials
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an attorney practicing in civil litigation, knowledge of sexual abuse cases preferred.
- Experience with Smart Advocate or another case management software preferred.
- NYS Bar Admission.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
