Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Construction professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks, including but not limited to commercial construction, drywall installation, flooring, framing and other commercial and residential tasks. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to work collaboratively on diverse projects.
Duties
- Perform construction tasks such as plumb, fabricate, and restore structures according to specifications.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Execute concrete forming processes for foundations, slabs, and other structures.
- Manage remodeling projects, including demolition and installation of new materials.
- Install trim and perform finishing work to achieve high-quality results.
- Carry out cabinet installation and door hanging with precision and attention to detail.
- This position requires travel & overnight stay depending on crew assignment
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction inspection processes and safety standards.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and tools safely.
- Experience in concrete forming, remodeling, drywall installation, cabinet installation, and door hanging is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
