Plumbers & Plumbing Apprentices (Custom & Production)
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Work Location: Job sites across the region (North Salt Lake to Mapleton | Tooele to Heber)
About the Role
We are hiring Plumbers and Apprentices for custom residential builds and production housing projects across the Wasatch Front and Back. No experience needed—we offer paid on-the-job training for beginners, while experienced installers start at the top end of our pay scale.
Best of all? Very little to no service work. No late-night emergency dispatches or on-call shifts.
What You’ll Do
Rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing for custom and production homes.
Read blueprints and install piping, fixtures, and drainage systems.
Work efficiently with our team on diverse, hands-on construction sites.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: None required, but higher pay is given for trade experience or licenses.
Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites across our service area.
Work Ethic: Strong attendance, willingness to learn, and ability to handle physical tasks/lifting on site.
Salary : $24 - $32
