• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
• BLS (AHA) required
• Active West Virginia PT license, temporary WV PT license, or PT Compact license
• Skilled Nursing / Acute Care experience preferred
• MEDITECH charting experience

• Care Setting: LTC/SNF
• Primarily working in Skilled Nursing
• Possible acute care responsibilities
• May cover different areas of the hospital
• Weekend requirements: Yes
• Holiday requirements: No
• Royal Blue scrubs
• Department-specific orientation provided
