Slate at Founders Tower is looking for enthusiastic, personable, and well-presented candidates to join our team! As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first face our guests see, setting the tone for their experience. Your primary responsibilities will be to welcome guests, manage a smooth check-in process, and assist guests in navigating our venue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the venue, creating a positive first impression.
- Set up and maintain an organized and welcoming downstairs lobby area to ensure a seamless guest arrival experience.
- Guide guests to the appropriate elevators, ensuring they reach their designated event location without confusion.
- Manage a smooth check-in process, including verifying names against RSVP lists for private events.
- Distribute wristbands or tickets when required for specific events.
- Act as a point of information for guests, answering questions and providing clear directions.
- Communicate with the event team to ensure the flow of guests is managed efficiently.
- Handle any guest inquiries or challenges professionally, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a busy environment with ease.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude, as you are the first point of contact for our guests.
- Confidence in managing guest flow and helping guests navigate unfamiliar spaces.
