We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Agent to join our dynamic team. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting products, offering guidance on strains and effects.
- Stay updated on cannabis laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure the dispensary is clean and organized.
- Adhere to compliance, safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform opening and closing duties according to SOPs.
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized recommendations.
- Educate customers on different cannabis strains and their effects.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with deliveries, packaging, inventory management, and cash security.
- Assist with cleaning duties, store security and product security.
- Undertake assigned side projects during downtime.
Employment Requirements:
- Qualified candidates must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license proving age of 21 or older.
- Dependable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ethic.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Consistency, reliability, and adaptability.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis strains and products preferred.
Experience: Preferred at least 1 year in retail or 2 years in customer service.
