What You'll Do
- Be the friendly face that welcomes every customer and makes them feel at home
- Guide customers through our products with genuine, helpful recommendations — no pushy sales tactics, just real conversations
- Share your knowledge of strains, methods, and effects to help customers find their best fit
- Ring up sales accurately and handle cash and cashless transactions with care
- Keep the sales floor and your station looking sharp and welcoming
- Double-check orders and confirm details with customers so they leave happy and informed
- Team up with your Retail Lead and management to keep the flow smooth, even when it's busy
- Jump in on opening/closing tasks, restocking, and light cleaning to keep things running like clockwork
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2 years of retail or customer service experience — you know how to make people feel welcome
- Superior people skills — you listen well, communicate clearly, and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Basic comfort with computers, POS systems, and multi-line phones
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required — we'll help you build your product knowledge
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply — we love being able to serve our whole community
- Must be 21 and able to pass a background check
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during your shift
- Able to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Good vision for reading labels, packaging, and details up close and at a distance
Schedule & Availability
This is a full-time role, and we're looking for someone who can commit to:
- Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday availability required)
- Evening shifts, including closing shifts until 11 PM
- A consistent, reliable schedule with some flexibility as needed
