About the role:
The Production Associate helps keep SLAM’s operation running strong every day. This person is hands-on with product — receiving, organizing, picking, printing, packing, and shipping orders — and helps make sure everything moves through the warehouse safely and efficiently. If you’re dependable, organized, and like working with your hands in a fast-paced environment, this job’s for you.
What You’ll Do:
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare packages for shipment using carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- Label boxes correctly and make sure shipments are complete and damage-free.
- Help load and unload deliveries when trucks arrive.
Warehouse & Inventory Work
- Receive and put away raw materials and finished products.
- Keep track of stock levels and report when supplies are running low.
- Help with regular inventory counts and keep shelves organized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
Production Support
- Move products between production, finishing, and shipping areas.
- Stage materials for print and decoration projects.
- Print collegiate and professional sports apparel on demand using direct to garment equipment
- Assist production staff with general warehouse tasks as needed.
Safety & Quality
- Check products for accuracy and quality before they go out the door.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and report issues right away.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
