Overview
We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Principal in the digital product space with a strong business and/or technology consulting background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex engagements, demonstrating expertise across the product lifecycle and in advisory capacity. The Senior Principal will be responsible for fostering trusted relationships with clients and team members, ensuring project outcomes, and driving growth in both internal and external networks.

What You'll Do
Delivery and Engagement Leadership
Lead and manage complex product delivery engagements, demonstrating a deep understanding of business and technology consulting principles, and ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom’s delivery standards.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability to drive projects and teams from discovery to closure, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
Provide deep subject matter expertise across the product lifecycle from strategy development through execution.
People Management
Lead and inspire high-performing Slalom teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Manage and develop consultants and team members, contributing to Slalom’s product capability growth and thought leadership
Client and Team Relationships
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and creating and delivering strategic solutions.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to achieve project objectives and desired outcomes.
Growth
Proactively expand internal and external networks, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry experts.
Leverage networking skills to identify, pursue, lead, and solution new business opportunities.
Operational Management
Manage the capability operational health including maximizing staffability, capability financial health, and people processes.
Implement best practices to optimize internal processes and drive operational excellence.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of experience in the digital product space, with a focus on business and/or technology consulting.
Leadership Skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully growing others.
Product and Advisory Expertise
Strong business acumen and ability to connect product strategy to measurable outcomes
Ability to provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams through product lifecycle decisions, from concept to launch and iteration.
Ability to use AI-powered tools and techniques to accelerate product strategy and delivery
Ability to influence Slalom’s product go to market strategies, integrating emerging technologies and trends
Relationship Building
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and team members.
Operational Excellence
Experience in managing capability and account operational health to ensure successful project delivery.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $146,000 - $201,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
