This role is well‑suited for an experienced consultant who can navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and lead sophisticated programs with significant technical and security considerations.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate technical and cybersecurity requirements into clear scope, milestones, delivery plans, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate execution across teams to achieve program and security objectives.

Requirements, Security & Technical Alignment

  • Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, and product stakeholders to capture, document, validate, and manage technical and security requirements and dependencies.
  • Ensure proposed designs and solutions align with security standards, policies, and best practices, including secure configurations, encryption, and access controls.
  • Clarify requirements to ensure feasibility, scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture and standards.
  • Maintain accurate, current documentation including requirements, assumptions, integration points, and key technical and security decisions.

Risk, Security & Issue Management

  • Partner with cybersecurity and risk teams to assess impact, define mitigations, and develop contingency plans.
  • Maintain RAID artifacts and ensure risks and issues are clearly communicated to leadership and stakeholders with recommended actions.

Cross‑Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mobile/WiFi security and compliance programs.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional forums including working sessions, technical reviews, and security decision meetings, driving clarity and outcomes.
  • Adapt communication style and content for executive, technical, security, and operational audiences.

Program Planning & Execution Excellence

  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans that account for timelines, milestones, resources, and cross‑team dependencies.
  • Embed security activities (e.g., threat modeling, security testing, vulnerability remediation) into overall delivery plans.
  • Track execution against plan, identify variances, and drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage change control processes, ensuring impacts to scope, schedule, risk, and security posture are understood and approved.

Reporting & Communications

  • Deliver clear, concise program reporting through dashboards, executive summaries, and structured readouts.
  • Surface key accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision points.
