What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end delivery for a client solution, serving as the day-to-day delivery lead and key liaison between product, technology, business, and governance stakeholders.
Establish and operate within an Agile delivery and governance framework (team cadence, ceremonies, backlog refinement, dependency management, issue/risk management).
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories that development teams can estimate and deliver against.
Lead a cross-functional Agile delivery team by role and influence (often flexing across delivery leadership, Scrum facilitation, analysis, and quality activities).
Collaborate closely with engineering leadership (especially the Solution Architect) to define/validate technical approach, strategy, and delivery milestones.
Drive quality and release confidence by partnering on test planning, sprint verification, and supporting UAT and business acceptance.
Identify delivery/process inefficiencies and champion continuous improvement across team ways of working
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of experience spanning software development and project/delivery management roles with increasing responsibility (building, shipping, and leading teams delivering software).
Agile certification required (e.g., CSM/PSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
Demonstrated success facilitating large client groups—confident leading workshops, steering conversations to decisions, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of Agile software delivery (Scrum/Kanban), including running ceremonies, backlog refinement, estimation, and iterative planning.
Proven program/project management fundamentals—status, scope, budget awareness, RAID management, and dependency coordination

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted hourly pay range is $92-$98/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
