The Senior Manager, PMO Lead for Slalom’s Data & AI Capability is responsible for driving the execution of the capability’s most critical strategic initiatives and “big bets.” This role ensures that Data & AI strategy is translated into clear priorities, strong governance, and measurable outcomes across leadership, go-to-market, delivery, and partner ecosystems.The PMO Lead operates as a trusted partner to Data & AI leadership, providing structure, execution rigor, and momentum across complex, cross-capability initiatives. This role requires a leader who can operate comfortably at both strategic and execution levels, bring structure without bureaucracy, influence without formal authority, and thrive in complex, ambiguous environments. Success is defined by the ability to turn strategy into sustained momentum and measurable outcomes for Slalom’s Data & AI capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of Data & AI strategic initiatives and big bets, ensuring clarity of outcomes, ownership, success measures, and decision points
- Translate capability strategy into a prioritized roadmap with defined milestones, dependencies, and sequencing
- Establish and maintain program governance, including ownership models, escalation paths, and execution cadence
- Develop and maintain integrated timelines, action logs, and dependency tracking across initiatives
- Track risks, issues, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Develop and maintain stakeholder RACIs for major initiatives
- Schedule, facilitate, and document recurring working sessions, checkpoints, and leadership updates
- Operationalize strategic initiatives by identifying owners, workstreams, milestones, and dependencies, and tracking progress through completion
- Support the development of internal enablement assets such as playbooks, operating models, and guidance tied to Data & AI priorities
- Consolidate initiative metrics and provide executive-ready reporting and insights to Data & AI and firm leadership
- Maintain dashboards that provide visibility into progress, risks, and early indicators of success
- Support internal communications and activation moments related to Data & AI priorities, including kickoffs, webinars, office hours, and enablement sessions
- Partner with capability and communications leaders to ensure alignment with broader Data & AI and firm-level messaging
- Data & AI strategic initiative roadmap and prioritization view
- Cadence of executive status reporting
- Risk, issue, dependency, and action tracker
- Stakeholder RACI and operating cadence
- Metrics dashboard tracking initiative health and impact
- Initiative closeout and handoff summaries outlining what is complete, what is in progress, and what comes next

- East Bay, San Francisco & Silicon Valley: $172,000 - 216,000
- San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle: $157,000- 198,000
- All other locations: $ 144,000 - 182,000
